Sometimes, for reasons explained and unexplained, the phone is not available and you are left with no other choice than to use the physical log book.
Manually Adding Time
An example. Jonah forgot to log details of a trip on 15 August 2015 which had a total duration of 1 hour and 28 minutes, with the last 17 minutes being at night.
To manually add the details of the trip, Jonah would view his trips and touch . This will display the “Log Manual Hours” page.
The date, duration and night duration values can be entered by touching next to the respective entry on the page.
Once the details have been entered, and you are happy with them, touch “Save”.
The newly added trip details will be displayed with a pencil image to denote it was manually added.
Viewing the details of the newly added trip details will display the total and night, if present, duration values.
The summary page will be updated to reflect the manually added total duration and night duration values. The cumulative manually added total and night duration values are displayed using a lighter shade to differentiate those values which have been logged by the Learners Log application.
The manually added values will be visible within the Log Book report, and denoted as being manually added.
