How do you backup your Learners Log information?
There are two methods you can use to ensure you do not loose the information within the Learners Log application.
- Backup your iPhone
- Email, or share, the generated Log Book PDF file.
Backup Your iPhone
You can backup your iPhone to your computer, using iTunes, or to the cloud, using Apple’s iCloud.
This will ensure that the data files maintained by the Learners Log application, and the current settings, are backed up in full.

Share the Generated Log Book PDF file
When viewing the Log Book PDF file, see Generating a Log Book for details, you have the ability to share the file.
Touching the sharing options 
icon when viewing the Log Book PDF file will display a number of options for sharing the file. These include:
- AirDrop the file to another iPhone or any Apple Mac.
- Message another person
- Mail the file to yourself or another person
- Share the file on Facebook or Facebook Messenger
- Print the file, if you like physical hard copy as a backup.
